Local SEO Services · Google Business Profile Management Nearby customers check the map first.

For "near me" and neighborhood searches, Google shows the map pack before anything else. We build your Google Business Profile, reviews and on-site location signals as one system, then measure calls, direction requests and leads from the map separately.

Short answer

What are local SEO services, and who needs them?

Local SEO services make a business show up in Google's map pack and local organic results when people nearby search for what it offers. The core is a fully optimized Google Business Profile, backed by a steady flow of genuine reviews, location signals on your website and consistent name, address and phone details across directories. Any business with a physical location or a defined service area can turn this into direct calls and visits.

  • Map pack ranking is driven by proximity, relevance and prominence
  • The profile itself is free; you pay for setup, ongoing management and reporting
  • Results are measured as calls, direction requests and website clicks
Sound familiar?

You have a profile, but customers find your competitors

  • Your profile is live, yet competitors sit above you in the map pack for every local search.

  • Categories, hours or phone numbers are missing or outdated, so customers turn up to a closed door.

  • Reviews go unanswered and one negative review sits at the top of your listing.

  • The address and phone on your website don't match the profile or directories, so Google can't tell which is right.

  • You don't know how many calls and direction requests the map sends you, so budget decisions are guesswork.

Method

Four layers of local SEO

Google ranks map results on three things: proximity to the searcher, relevance to the query and prominence. Proximity is fixed. We strengthen relevance and prominence through these four layers.

01

Google Business Profile optimization

The foundation that tells Google what you do and where.

  • Verification and ownership recovery
  • Primary and secondary category selection
  • Services, products and description
  • Real interior and exterior photos
  • Booking and website links with UTM tracking

02

Freshness and content

Google reads a regularly updated profile as an active business.

  • Weekly posts and offers
  • Holiday and special hours
  • Q&A management
  • Seasonal service updates

03

Review system

Review volume and response speed affect both ranking and clicks.

  • Review requests sent at the right moment
  • Every review answered within 48 hours
  • A clear process for negative reviews
  • No purchased or fake reviews, ever

04

Website and citation signals

Your website and directories need to confirm what the profile says.

  • LocalBusiness structured data
  • Location and service-area pages
  • Name, address and phone (NAP) consistency
  • Bing Places, Apple Business Connect and niche directories
Step by step

How to add your business to Google Maps and verify it

You can set up the profile yourself. Done in the right order, most problems never happen:

  1. 1

    Search for an existing listing

Look up your business name on Google Maps. If a listing already exists, request ownership instead of creating a new one; duplicates split your ranking.

  2. 2

    Create the profile

In Google Business Profile Manager, enter the name, primary category and address. Use your real-world business name exactly; adding keywords to it is a common reason for suspension.

  3. 3

    Set your service area

If customers don't visit you, hide the address and list the areas you serve. If you run an office, shop or clinic people visit, keep the address visible.

  4. 4

    Complete verification

Google usually asks for video verification showing your signage, the inside of the business and proof of management in a single recording. Unverified profiles have limited visibility.

  5. 5

    Fill in every field

Hours, phone, website, services, photos and description should all be complete. An incomplete profile loses to a complete competitor.

Reporting

We measure every customer the map sends you

Rankings alone are not the result. Every month you get one report, compared with the previous month:

Visibility
How often the profile appears in Search and Maps, and the search terms people used to find you.
Calls
Calls from the profile's call button, broken down by day and hour.
Direction requests
How many people asked for directions to you, and from which areas.
Website visits and leads
Visits from the profile to your site and the form and WhatsApp leads they produce (GA4 with UTM tracking).
